Court Grants Final Approval of Settlement in Home Solutions of America Securities LitigationOn June 16, 2009, the United States District Court for the Northern DIstrict of Texas granted final approval to a $5.1 million settlement of claims brought on behalf of investors who purchased the common stock of Home Solutions of America between May 10, 2007 and February 15, 2008.
In order to participate in the distribution of the settlement, you must send a completed and signed Proof of Claim Form to the Claims Administrator's Office, post-marked no later than September 8, 2009, to the following address:
