Court approves $40 Million Settlement in Cardinal Health ERISA Litigation

On October 18, 2007, the Court approved a $40 million settlement of a class action lawsuit brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.  The case was brought on behalf of Cardinal employees who held company stock in their 401(k) plans between October 24, 2000 and July 2, 2004.  Schatz Nobel Izard is Co-Lead Counsel for the Class.
