Judge Approves $11.25 Million Settlement Against Netopia

On June 8, 2007, U.S. District Judge Ronald Whyte gave final approval to a $11.25 million settlement of claims brought on behalf of purchasers of Netopia common stock from November 6, 2003 to August 16, 2004.  Izard Nobel LLP is counsel for the Plaintiff Class.  Distribution of the settlement fund was approved on July 16, 2009.
