Case Information: Envivio, Inc.

A lawsuit seeking class action status has been filed in San Mateo Superior Court on behalf of persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the common stock of Envivio, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENVI) pursuant and/or traceable to the company’s Registration Statement and Prospectus issued in connection with the company’s IPO.  The Complaint alleges that, within a few months following the offering, the price of Envivio stock fell approximately 75% as a result of disclosures suggesting that the offering documents misrepresented and failed to disclose material information about the business and financial condition of the Company.
