In a class action, Izard Nobel isn’t paid unless it recovers for you and all other class members. At the end of the case, our fees are decided by a judge and paid from any amount awarded to the whole class.

A class action cannot be prosecuted unless at least one person harmed by the conduct decides to act as a class representative. But a decision in a class action case has the power to benefit many people who have been affected.
